These bearings are made of two rings inner and outer, particularly thin, rollers and brass cage.
The brass cage has the feature of being guided on the outer ring, that allows a correct rolling centering of the rollers and therefore a correct functioning of the entire bearing.
Another particularity is the dimensional precision, still maintaining an increased radial clearance.
They are used in in different sectors, one among many of them is the steel mills sector (continuous casting) which must work without interruption and be stopped only in case of emergency and planned repairs.
For this reason, they must be bearings easily replaceable, disassembled in a short period of time.
