Distitec announces its new production: MULTI-STAGE BEARINGS!

Main features of multi-stage bearings, also called TANDEM:

1. High axial load capacity: tandem bearings can withstand significant axial loads due to multiple bearing sets working together;

2. Compact design: the arrangement of multiple bearings in a single group allows for a compact and space-saving design;

3. Precision: these bearings are generally produced to high precision standards, which makes them suitable for applications requiring high precision;

4. Customizable: tandem bearings can be customized to meet specific requirements, including number of bearing sets, dynamic load and materials.

The most common applications for tandem bearings are:

- Extruders: used in plastic single-screw and double-screw extruder housings;

- Deep drilling machines: used in the spindles of horizontal machine tools for deep drilling;

- Friction welding machines: used in CNC machine tools for friction welding.
