Dakar has always been synonymous with adventure, challenge and pushing beyond limits. The 2025 edition, held from January 3 to 17 in Saudi Arabia, saw the participation of numerous teams from around the world, ready to tackle a route of 7,700 km, of which 5,100 km were special stages.
Among these, Team Tecnosport, composed of Luciano "Lucky" Montorfano and Elena Borroni, faced the Dakar Classic for the first time aboard a Nissan Terrano II.
Luciano, a rally enthusiast since childhood, fulfilled his lifelong dream by participating in this legendary competition. Elena played the role of navigator, demonstrating great competence and determination.
Dakar 2025 was characterized by demanding stages that severely tested both drivers and vehicles. Despite the difficulties, Luciano and Elena faced every challenge with courage and determination, embodying the values of innovation and reliability that Distitec supports.
